Find a Missing Item from Your Package
If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately.
If you received your package and an item is missing, do the following:
- Go to Your Orders to see if your missing item is in another shipment.
- Next to the image of your item, select Track Package to find the delivery date for this shipment.
- If you still can’t locate your item, contact us.
Note:
- If your item is missing a part, contact the product’s manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product. If you can’t find contact information, or if they can’t help, you can return the item. To do so, go to Your Ordersand select Return or Replace Items.
- Tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered, but you can’t find it? Go to Find a Missing Package That Shows As Deliveredfor more information.

Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered
Most packages arrive on time. On very rare occasions, the tracking may show as “delivered” but it looks like your package has not arrived.
Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:
- Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- If you haven’t received your package, contact uswithin 30 days of expected delivery. We’ll do everything we can to help.
- Note: If it is an order sold and shipped by a third-party seller, contact the seller directly for assistance. For more information, see the Contact a Third-Party Sellerpage.

Determine Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to checkout.
- Select or add your shipping address.
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
- Select a payment method and select Continue.
The total shipping & handling cost as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary.

track your package:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Go to the order you want to track.
- Select Track Package next to your order.
- Select See all updates to view delivery updates.
Depending on the shipping method you chose, it’s possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
Items sent by third-party sellers from the Marketplace can in some cases also be tracked. It’s possible if the seller has shared this information with us and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.
If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn’t changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Read more about our recommended actions on Late Deliveries.

Late Deliveries
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.
Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
The recommended actions are:
- Track your package and confirm estimated delivery date in Your Orders.
- Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date and add delivery instructions to Your Addresses.
- Check payment processing in Your Orders.
- Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we automatically begin issuing a full refund (including shipping charges, except for some handling charges). You receive an email confirming the return and refund details within 48 hours of the undeliverable scan. For information about the time it takes to process your refund
A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
- The address is incorrect or outdated. Usually, the package is stored for a period that can vary depending on the courier who holds it and then returns it to us. Double-check the address carefully when placing your order. For more information about adding, editing, and deleting addresses from your Address Book, see
- Our system doesn’t recognize the way an address was entered, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can’t deliver to that address.
- You used a restricted address. If you send the order to a prison, correctional facility, or other similar institution, the products and/or the carrier responsible for delivery may be subject to specific restrictions.
- The carrier attempted delivery but failed. Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can’t successfully deliver your package, they’ll return it to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn’t expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it’s being delivered to them by mistake. In this case, we’ll refund the gift purchaser and let them know by email. If you want to place a new order for the gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
- The address was illegible. In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read in transit. If that happens, a carrier will return the package to us.
- The package was damaged in transit. If a package is damaged while it’s on its way to you, the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.
We can’t re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.

Order with Same-Day Delivery
Shipping to select metro areas in Delhi can choose to receive FREE Same-Day Delivery on a broad selection of items.
To qualify for Same-Day Delivery members can:
- Place orders before the Same-Day Delivery order cutoff time. The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable during that time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. We’ll include your confirmed delivery date in your order confirmation email.
- Select Same-Day at checkout and shipping to a residential address within an eligible ZIP Code.
- Select an eligible destination with at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items to qualify for Prime FREE Same-Day Delivery.
- To find items and place orders with FREE Same-Day Delivery:
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Set or update your default shipping address in Your Addresses. This address must be residential and within an eligible ZIP Codefor FREE Same-Day delivery.
- Place Same-Day-eligible products in your shopping cart to count towards the minimum threshold. We’ll show the shipping discount and delivery time in your Order Summary.
- Note:
- Only residential addresses are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses aren’t eligible.
- To order qualifying items over the minimum threshold via 1-Click on the product detail page, select Today Free and select Buy now with 1-Click.
- You can pay for Same-Day Delivery if your order is under the minimum threshold, or you’re not a Prime member. For more information, go to Same-Day Delivery Rates.
- In some cases, if you choose a higher quantity for an item, it will be ineligible for Same-Day Delivery because multiple units aren’t available locally. In this case, we’ll only show the normal Prime shipping options.

Note:
- Some items shipping from sellers are marked as Prime eligible regionally. This is determined by your shipping address. If an item’s Prime eligibility changes during checkout, you’ll still receive free shipping on the item.
- To see the most accurate Prime shipping information as you shop, set up a default address for your account. For instructions, go to Add and Manage Addresses.
- If an item you order is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it takes two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.
- We may ship products by ground or air. Our shipping speeds don’t correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
- If available, we’ll specify Saturday or Sunday delivery on the product page or during checkout. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only.
- Remember to check the ordering cut-off time shown on the detail page.
- Choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units aren’t available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose Same-Day or One-Day Shipping may not appear.

Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost.
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order.
